1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AegisMind ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AegisMind is an ensemble AI platform that orchestrates multiple AI models to provide validated, synthesized responses. The Service combines outputs from various AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and others to deliver enhanced AI capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Usage Limits and Billing

The Service is provided under various subscription tiers with specific token-based usage limits:

  • Free Tier: 25,000 tokens per month (~5-10 requests with multi-model synthesis)
  • Starter Tier: 300,000 tokens per month (~30-65 requests, $15/month)
  • Pro Tier: 1,000,000 tokens per month (~105-210 requests, $39/month)
  • Enterprise Tier: 10,000,000 tokens per month (~1,050-2,100 requests, $499/month)

Note on Token Usage: AegisMind uses multi-model synthesis, querying 3 AI models per request (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) and synthesizing their responses. Token usage includes all models plus synthesis. Actual request counts vary based on prompt complexity and iteration settings.

Prepaid credits may be purchased for additional usage beyond monthly limits. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt unauthorized access

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AegisMind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy through our multi-model validation approach, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying critical information.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection and use.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AegisMind be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
